启动的时候出现的这个信息，不是错误，程序也可以正常的运行，刚开是我没注意，没有测试就一味的以为是环境变量配置错误，然后重复的去配置环境变量，结果可想而知。

http://tomcat.heanet.ie/native/1.1.1/binaries/win32/tcnative-1.dll将这个文件复制到tomcat的bin目录下面。不管用的话可以放到jdk的bin下面。我也不知道这是干嘛用的，需要探讨啊。。。

Tomcat启动时提示如下信息：
严重：An incompatible version 1.1.1 of the Apache Tomcat Native library is installed, while Tomcat requires version 1.1.8
解决方法：
下载http://tomcat.heanet.ie/native/1.1.8/binaries/win32/tcnative-1.dll这个文件，
放到tomcat的bin目录下替换掉旧版本的tcnative-1.dll即可。
